| Delivery
Orders
will be dispatched within 48hrs of purchase. Should an item be out of
stock we will contact you to advise of a new delivery date. All orders
are shipped via 1st Class Recorded Royal Mail or Airmail Packets and
our delivery service to the UK, is FREE! Please ensure
that all items are inspected for damage before installation takes
place. Damaged items must be reported within 24hrs. Delivery is during
normal working hours and decals are dispatched in hard cardboard tubes
to avoid damage such as creasing or folding that slimline packaging can
cause.
If you are not in to receive the delivery a card will be posted
through your door and the package will be taken to the nearest Royal
Mail Collection Depot. The decal will be kept there for up to 5 days
before being returned to us. Items will be re-sent once a new address
is received and this is done so at the customers' expense.
Refunds
We are able to refund goods that are damaged or faulty as long as
they are returned to us in the exact condition and packaging they were
sent out in. Please note that any graphics that you have attempted to
install or are tampered with cannot be refunded.
We will need to be notified of any faulty goods within 5 days.
Returns
In order to
return faulty goods please contact us to receive a returns code. We
cannot be held responsible for returned items that have been damaged as
a result of insufficient packaging.

Consumer Protection
In accordance with consumer protection (Distance Selling)
regulations 2000, the consumer has seven working days from date of
receiving goods in which to cancel the contract of sale. Any
claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made
within 10 days of receipt. After this date, faulty goods returned
within a reasonable time will be refunded or replaced as compliant with
the amended Sale of goods Act 1979. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on goods which prove to be non-defective. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. All
goods are sold subject to the The Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Sale and
Supply of Goods Act 1994, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. E&OE.
and the Distance Selling Act 2000. |
