If you are not in to receive the delivery a card will be posted through your door and the package will be taken to the nearest Royal Mail Collection Depot. The decal will be kept there for up to 5 days before being returned to us. Items will be re-sent once a new address is received and this is done so at the customers' expense.

 Refunds

 

We are able to refund goods that are damaged or faulty as long as they are returned to us in the exact condition and packaging they were sent out in. Please note that any graphics that you have attempted to install or are tampered with cannot be refunded.

We will need to be notified of any faulty goods within 5 days.

 

Returns

In order to return faulty goods please contact us to receive a returns code. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that have been damaged as a result of insufficient packaging.

 

 

 

In accordance with consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000, the consumer has seven working days from date of receiving goods in which to cancel the contract of sale.
Any claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within 10 days of receipt. After this date, faulty goods returned within a reasonable time will be refunded or replaced as compliant with the amended Sale of goods Act 1979.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on goods which prove to be non-defective.
You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.
